In order to be eligible for this scholarship, you must meet the following criteria:
*Are enrolled full-time (or taking a full course load, as defined by the program or department) in
one of the approved academic programs; A.A.S. in Biology Pre-Nursing
A.A.S. in Nursing Generic
B.S. in Nursing BSN Bridge
A.A.S. / Certificate in EMT – Paramedic
A.A.S. in Medical Assisting
A.A.S. in Dental Assisting
A.A.S. / Certificate in Human Services
A.A.S. in Nursing Career Mobility LVN to RN

• Minimum 2.0 GPA
• Must have demonstrated financial need
• Permanent residents of the Foundation’s eight-counties: Atascosa, Bandera, Bexar, Comal, Guadalupe, Kendall, Medina, or Wilson
• Intend to remain in – or return to – the Foundation’s eight county service area following graduation
• Priority given to students who are first-generation or students who graduated from one of the following key school districts: East Central, Edgewood, Harlandale, San Antonio, Somerset, South San Antonio, Southside, Southwest.
