In order to be eligible for this scholarship, you must meet the following criteria:

Enroll at Northwest Vista College.
Must be at least a part-time student (minimum 6 hours).
Must have a 2.5 GPA.
Must have a declared major in Economics, Business, Government, or Mexican-American Studies.
