Seeds of Leadership Endowed Scholarship
- Any major
- Must be a 2nd year student or subsequent Alamo Colleges student who has completed a minimum of 12 hours at an Alamo College
- GPA 3.0 minimum
- US citizen or legal resident
- Must be working a minimum of 10 hours a week
- Be enrolled 6 hours
- Submit 2 letters of recommendation:
one from a faculty or administrator
one from an employer or community leader - Answer essay and personal statement question:
(1) “How do you define leadership? What leadership skills do you possess? How do you exhibit those skills?”
(2) Personal statement: “What are your goals, values, priorities, achievements & interests?” - Complete and submit Seeds of Leadership Scholarship application form to the Student Leadership Institute. Application available on the Student Leadership Institute website: www.alamo.edu/district/sli

- This opportunity is open to students attending any of the Alamo Colleges. By applying with the General Application, your information will be considered for any opportunity that you may qualify for. There is not an additional process once you apply for the General Application.
