- Any major
- Be enrolled at least part time (6+ hours)
- GPA 2.00 minimum
- Be endorsed by their Community Supervision Officer of the Bexar County Community Supervision & Corrections Department (BCCSCD)
- Be on community supervision with the BCCSCD, with at least six (6) months remaining
- Be in compliance with all conditions of community supervision
- Must not have any criminal cases pending against them
- Registered sex offenders are not eligible
