Seeds of Leadership Endowed Scholarship

• Any major
• Must be a 2nd year student or subsequent Alamo Colleges student who has completed a minimum of 12 hours at an Alamo College
• GPA 3.0 minimum
• US citizen or legal resident
• Must be working a minimum of 10 hours a week
• Be enrolled 6 hours
• Submit 2 letters of recommendation:
  one from a faculty or administrator
  one from an employer or community leader
• Answer essay and personal statement question:
  (1) “How do you define leadership? What leadership skills do you possess? How do you exhibit those skills?”
  (2) Personal statement: “What are your goals, values, priorities, achievements & interests?”
• Complete and submit Seeds of Leadership Scholarship application form to the Student Leadership Institute. Application available on the Student Leadership Institute website: www.alamo.edu/district/sli
