FORMATIVE Samantha Tapia Memorial Scholarship

Attend Palo Alto College as either a part-time (minimum 6 hours) or a full-time
(minimum 12 hours) student
2. Preference given to student athletes who are active members of at least one (1)
of Palo Alto College’s sports teams
3. Be working toward a degree, certification or transfer to four-year institution.
4. Have and maintain a cumulative 2.0 grade point average on a 4.0 scale.
5. Complete the Alamo Colleges Common Scholarship Application.
