In order to be eligible for this scholarship, you must meet the following criteria:

• Be working towards a degree, certification or transfer to a four-year institution within the Human Services program, specialization in Substance Abuse Prevention or Addiction counseling
• GPA: 2.00
• Have financial need
• Enrolled at least part time (6+ hours)
• Competitive Scholarship— Foundation Application Required
