Adelante Child Care Endowed Scholarship

In order to be eligible for this scholarship, you must meet the following criteria:

• Any major
• Must be a student participating in one of the programs of the Empowerment Center
• Preferred, but not mandatory that the student be enrolled in a field of study, other than Occupational Technology, math, science, engineering, computer science or architecture major leading to a four year degree
• Minimum 2.50 GPA
• Must have completed 12 hours of study
• Must be enrolled in at least 9 hours in the fall or spring and 6 hours for summer I and/or summer II
• Must have financial need
• Award will be paid directly to the Child Care Facility providing childcare for the recipient’s child/children
• Competitive Scholarship— Foundation Application Required
