• Scholarship amount may be determined by the institution based on unmet need as determined by the FASFA
• FASFA required
• FERPA release required
• GPA must be 2.0-2.5 (Not eligible to first semester students)
• Enrolled in at least 9 hours
• All Majors
• Resident Status:
  -Priority: Texas resident and US citizen
  -Second: Permanent resident
• The award may be renewable upon verification of need as determined by the FASFA
